Ingredients

  • Beef jerky - 100 grams
  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Dried cranberries - 50 grams
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams
  • Honey - 15 grams
  • Chia seeds - 10 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Chop the beef jerky into small pieces and place it in a food processor.
  2. Add the almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon to the food processor.
  3. Pulse the mixture until it is finely chopped and well combined.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together over low heat until combined.
  5. Pour the melted coconut oil and honey mixture into the food processor and pulse again until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
  6. Line a small baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly and evenly with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set.
  9. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
