- Beef jerky - 100 grams
- Almonds - 50 grams
- Dried cranberries - 50 grams
- Coconut oil - 30 grams
- Honey - 15 grams
- Chia seeds - 10 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Chop the beef jerky into small pieces and place it in a food processor.
- Add the almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon to the food processor.
- Pulse the mixture until it is finely chopped and well combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together over low heat until combined.
- Pour the melted coconut oil and honey mixture into the food processor and pulse again until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Line a small baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly and evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
