Ingredients

  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

  • Pav Bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Boil the mixed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots) until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash them coarsely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed vegetables with chopped bell pepper, tomato, red onion, and cucumber.
  3. Add the chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, Pav Bhaji masala, salt, and black pepper to the vegetable mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
