  • Green chili (slit) - 1
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese (optional) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add the chopped ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chili to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
