- Paneer - 150 grams, cubed
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1 small, diced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add cubed paneer to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced bell pepper and red onion until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sautéed vegetables and paneer, mixing well to incorporate all flavors. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
