- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium
- Tomato (pureed) - 1 medium
- Green bell pepper (sliced) - 1 small
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Kadai masala (store-bought or homemade) - 2 teaspoons
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - for garnish
- Water - 2 cups
Steps
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
