  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium (150 grams)
  • Green peas (fresh or frozen) - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
