Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

- Stir in the diced bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the pureed tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken.
- Add the coconut milk and tikka masala powder, stirring well to combine. Season with salt to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing gently to coat the pasta evenly with the tikka sauce.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
