- Pani Puri shells - 8 pieces
- Chickpeas (cooked) - 100 grams
- Red onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato (chopped) - 1 medium
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Pani Puri masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 500 ml
Steps
- Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
- Add lemon juice, Pani Puri masala, and salt to the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently fold the cooked pasta into the chickpea mixture, ensuring everything is well mixed.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- To serve, carefully break open the top of each Pani Puri shell and fill them with the pasta mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!
