  • Boiled potato (diced) - 1 small
  • Green chilies (finely chopped) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Puffed rice - 1/2 cup
  • Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 1/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, onion, boiled potato, and green chilies.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl along with chaat masala, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
