- Pani puri masala - 1 tablespoon
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Vegan mozzarella cheese (optional) - 1/2 cup
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Spread the green chutney evenly over the pizza base.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chickpeas, red onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander, pani puri masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
- Top the pizza base with the chickpea mixture, spreading it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the base is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle tamarind chutney over it.
- Break the puris into smaller pieces and scatter them on top of the pizza for added crunch.
- Slice the pizza and serve immediately, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
