Ingredients

  • Tomato (diced) - 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber (diced) - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Pani puri masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese (optional) - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Spread the green chutney evenly over the pizza base.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked chickpeas, red onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander, pani puri masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
  4. Top the pizza base with the chickpea mixture, spreading it evenly.
  5. If using, sprinkle vegan mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the base is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle tamarind chutney over it.
  8. Break the puris into smaller pieces and scatter them on top of the pizza for added crunch.
  9. Slice the pizza and serve immediately, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
