- Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
- Onion (sliced) - 1 medium
- Tortillas - 2 large
- Fresh coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the paneer is marinating, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
- Preheat a grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Skewer the marinated paneer cubes and grill them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and charred.
- Once the paneer is cooked, take a tortilla and place some sautéed vegetables in the center, followed by 4-5 pieces of grilled paneer. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll it up. Repeat with the second tortilla.
