Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, chopped
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Naan bread - 2 pieces
  • Mint chutney - 4 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cut the paneer into 2-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. In the same bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to coat the paneer.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate the paneer for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil.
  5. Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
  7. Warm the naan bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  8. Spread 2 tablespoons of mint chutney on each naan.
  9. Remove the skewered paneer and vegetables from the grill and place them on the naan.
  10. Wrap the naan around the filling and serve immediately.
