- Paneer - 200 grams
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, chopped
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Naan bread - 2 pieces
- Mint chutney - 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Cut the paneer into 2-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In the same bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to coat the paneer.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the paneer for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil.
- Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
- Warm the naan bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mint chutney on each naan.
- Remove the skewered paneer and vegetables from the grill and place them on the naan.
- Wrap the naan around the filling and serve immediately.
