  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the paneer cubes and toss to coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and slightly charred.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine the grilled paneer, chopped bell peppers, sliced red onion, diced cucumber, and diced tomato.
