Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Bell Peppers (mixed colors) - 100 grams, diced
  • Onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Tomato Puree - 150 grams
  • Coconut Milk - 100 ml
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tortillas - 2 large
  • Fresh Coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and sauté until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, then add the diced onion and bell peppers. Sauté until they are soft.
  5. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes, then pour in the coconut milk. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
  6. Add the sautéed paneer to the sauce, mix gently, and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Once warm, place the paneer tikka masala in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, cut them in half, and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
