- Paneer - 200 grams
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Bell Peppers (mixed colors) - 100 grams, diced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Tomato Puree - 150 grams
- Coconut Milk - 100 ml
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tortillas - 2 large
- Fresh Coriander - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and sauté until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, then add the diced onion and bell peppers. Sauté until they are soft.
- Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes, then pour in the coconut milk. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Add the sautéed paneer to the sauce, mix gently, and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Once warm, place the paneer tikka masala in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, cut them in half, and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
