- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - for garnish
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and sauté until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté the onions until translucent, then add the diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato puree to the pan, stir well, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Return the sautéed paneer to the pan, mix well, and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
