  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cubed
  • Onion - 1 medium, cubed
  • Tomato puree - 200 grams
  • Cream - 50 grams
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Add the cubed bell pepper and onion as well.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 20-30 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion, and cook until the paneer is golden and veggies are slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
