Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Graham cracker crumbs - 50 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and press the mixture into the bottom of a 4-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In another bowl, crumble the paneer and mix it with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
