Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced

  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Capsicum (Bell Pepper) - 1/2 medium, diced
  • Carrot - 1 small, grated
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Start by cutting the paneer into small cubes and lightly pan-fry them in a non-stick skillet with a little olive oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool.
