- Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Bell peppers (mixed colors) - 1 cup, cubed
- Onion - 1 medium, cubed
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine thick yogurt, heavy cream, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes, cubed bell peppers, and onion to the marinade, ensuring everything is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
- Once done, remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
