- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- Sprinkle in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the diced bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the pan, gently mixing to combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
