- Whole wheat roti - 2

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
- Stir in the grated ginger and green chili, cooking for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomato and cook until it softens.
- Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices are well combined.
- Crumble the paneer into the pan and mix thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is heated through.
- Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Warm the whole wheat rotis on a skillet.
- Spoon the paneer bhurji mixture onto each roti, drizzle with lemon juice, and wrap them tightly.
