  • Red onion - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)

  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Green chilies - 1 (finely chopped, optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, cumin powder, and olive oil to form a dough.
  3. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking tray, forming a round pizza base about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the topping by mixing blanched spinach, chaat masala, chopped red onion, diced tomato, and chopped green chilies (if using) in a bowl.
  6. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread a layer of yogurt over it.
