Ingredients

  • Fresh nettle leaves - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Wearing gloves, carefully rinse the fresh nettle leaves under cold water to remove any dirt or insects.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
  3. Once the water is boiling, add the rinsed nettle leaves to the pot.
  4. Reduce the heat and let the nettles steep for 10 minutes.
  5. After steeping, strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh sieve to remove the nettle leaves.
  6. If desired, add honey and lemon juice to taste, stirring gently to combine.
