Ingredients

  • Fresh nettle leaves - 100 grams, washed and stems removed
  • Goat cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the washed nettle leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and chili flakes.
  6. Spread the sautéed nettles evenly over the pizza crust, followed by the crumbled goat cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
