- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Green chilies (chopped) - 2

- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 (beaten)
- Oil - for shallow frying
Steps
- Soak the yellow split gram (moong dal) in water for 2 hours, then drain.
- In a pressure cooker, combine the minced mutton, soaked moong dal, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Add 1 cup of water, close the lid, and cook on high heat for 2 whistles. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally. Open the lid and let the mixture cool down.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mash it well until smooth. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and garam masala, mixing thoroughly.
