Ingredients

  • Mutton mince - 300 grams
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies - 2, finely chopped
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Pizza base - 2 (8-inch round)
  • Pizza sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams, shredded
  • Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Capsicum (bell pepper) - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mutton mince, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  3. Shape the marinated mutton mixture into long, thin seekh kebabs on skewers. If you don't have skewers, you can form them by hand.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the seekh kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and browned. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly on each pizza base, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Cut the cooked seekh kebabs into small pieces and distribute them evenly over the pizzas.
  7. Add the sliced onions and capsicum on top of the kebabs, followed by the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
