- Pizza base - 2 (8-inch round)
- Pizza sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams, shredded
- Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Capsicum (bell pepper) - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine mutton mince, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Shape the marinated mutton mixture into long, thin seekh kebabs on skewers. If you don't have skewers, you can form them by hand.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the seekh kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and browned. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on each pizza base, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cut the cooked seekh kebabs into small pieces and distribute them evenly over the pizzas.
- Add the sliced onions and capsicum on top of the kebabs, followed by the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
