- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, cilantro, mint leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You may use your hands for better mixing.
- Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 200°C or 400°F).
- Divide the marinated mutton mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to form a long kebab.
- Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
