- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (for mixing and brushing)

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced mutton, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. It’s best to use your hands for even mixing.
- Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Preheat your grill or an oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Take a portion of the marinated mixture and mold it around each skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it holds its shape.
- Brush the skewers lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mutton is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove the seekh kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
