  • Green chili - 1, slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 500 milliliters

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili, and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
