- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, then place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers, brush with olive oil, and place them on the grill or in the oven.
- Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
