Steps
- Begin by crumbling the paneer into a mixing bowl until it is fine and smooth.

- Stir the paneer continuously for about 5 minutes until it starts to release a bit of moisture.
- Add the sugar and mix well until it dissolves completely.

- Add the cardamom powder, saffron strands, and rose water, mixing thoroughly.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then shape the mixture into small squares or round balls.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
