  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Start by preparing the methi theplas according to your favorite recipe or using store-bought ones. Allow them to cool down.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder to make the dressing.
  4. Tear the cooled methi theplas into bite-sized pieces and add them to the salad bowl.
