- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1 teaspoon, to taste

- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Tomato puree - 100 grams
- Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and red chili powder to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned on all sides.
- Stir in the tomato puree and cook for another 5 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
- Add the methi leaves (fresh or dried) and mix well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the fresh cream, mixing thoroughly. Simmer for 5 more minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
