  • Green chili, finely chopped - 1
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili to the onions, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced chicken, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add fresh methi leaves and heavy cream to the pan, stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Remove from heat.
  6. Spread the chicken and methi mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the chicken mixture.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
