Ingredients

  • Fresh fenugreek leaves - 100 grams
  • Green chilies - 2, chopped
  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them coarsely.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped fenugreek leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the cumin and mustard seeds.
  4. Once the seeds start to splutter, pour the chutney mixture into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
