- Fresh fenugreek leaves - 100 grams
- Green chilies - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them coarsely.
- In a blender, combine the chopped fenugreek leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
- In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the cumin and mustard seeds.
- Once the seeds start to splutter, pour the chutney mixture into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
