  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, grated

  • Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. In a bowl, combine the sliced onion, bell pepper, diced tomato, chopped spinach, and green chili.
  7. Season the vegetable mixture with garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt, mixing well.
  8. Distribute the spiced vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese layer on the pizza.
  9. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  11. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve.
