- Plain yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat it to 200°C (400°F).
- Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated fish fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
