- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander leaves (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add the raw peanuts to the bowl and mix well to coat the peanuts in the dry spices.
- Drizzle oil over the peanuts and mix again to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Add water gradually while mixing until the peanuts are slightly sticky but not overly wet.
- Spread the coated peanuts evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the peanuts are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves before serving.
