  • Raw peanuts - 200 grams
  • Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Chickpea flour (besan) - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander leaves (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. Add the raw peanuts to the bowl and mix well to coat the peanuts in the dry spices.
  4. Drizzle oil over the peanuts and mix again to ensure they are evenly coated.
  5. Add water gradually while mixing until the peanuts are slightly sticky but not overly wet.
  6. Spread the coated peanuts evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the peanuts are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves before serving.
