Steps
- Start by roasting the papads: Heat a pan over medium flame and roast each papad until they puff up and become crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Alternatively, you can microwave them for about 30 seconds each.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomato, onion, cucumber, green chili, and coriander leaves.
