- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese (optional) - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the grated carrot, diced bell pepper, and green peas, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and vegetable broth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.
- Add the sautéed vegetable and spice mixture to the oats and mix well.
- If using, fold in the chopped fresh coriander and cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
