- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Oil - for frying
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Yogurt - 4 tablespoons
- Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the fish fillet with lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste for at least 15 minutes.
- After marinating, coat the fish fillet in all-purpose flour, dip it in beaten egg, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and fry the fish fillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- While the fish is frying, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, chopped mint leaves, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
