Ingredients

  • Sweet corn (boiled) - 2 cups

  • Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
  3. Add the finely chopped tomato and green chili, cooking until the tomato softens.
  4. Stir in the boiled sweet corn, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper powder.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the spices coat the corn evenly.
  6. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves, mixing well.
