- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.
