  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (30 ml), melted
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
