Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Pecan nuts - 30 grams
  • Maple syrup - 60 ml
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, and pecans, and chop them roughly if desired.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together until well combined. Stir in the ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  4. Pour the warm maple mixture over the chopped nuts and stir until all nuts are well-coated.
  5. Transfer the nut mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish before lifting out and cutting into bars.
