Ingredients

  • Ripe mango pulp - 200 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Full-fat milk - 150 ml
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped pistachios - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ripe mango pulp, Greek yogurt, full-fat milk, honey, and cardamom powder.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of each mold for added texture and flavor.
  5. Cover the molds with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  6. To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds and then slide them out.
