- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Brush the skewers with melted butter for added flavor.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
