- Besan (gram flour) - 30 grams

- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Curry leaves - 10 leaves
- Coconut oil - for frying
Steps
- Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, besan, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste to the dry ingredients, mixing well to form a batter.
- Coat each tofu slice evenly with the batter and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat, adding curry leaves for flavor.
- Fry the coated tofu slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried tofu from the pan and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and a side of spicy chutney.
