  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Clean the bombil fish thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to create the coating mix.
