Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Saffron strands - a pinch
  • Chopped pistachios - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped mango (or any seasonal fruit) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and milk until smooth.
  2. Add the cardamom powder and saffron strands to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  3. Fold in the chopped mango and pistachios gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
