- Chopped mango (or any seasonal fruit) - 100 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and milk until smooth.
- Add the cardamom powder and saffron strands to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Fold in the chopped mango and pistachios gently.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
